Over a few months, we had plenty of back and forth over email as we shaped our final ideas for the ceremony and drinks reception, he was open to every suggestion and delighted to be able to have some freedom to add his own tweaks or our playlist. "Thank you James, just a quick note to thank you for your wonderful contribution to our Thanksgiving Service and reception on Saturday. As you may know our guests included a wide range of people both church goers and non church goers and so it was extremely important to have a strong pianist to provide melodic support for the hymns. Your playing before and after the service gave great ambiance and it was so wonderful to see the grand piano being used and played so skilfully. Thank you again for your kind assistance."

"Nigel played at our wedding ceremony at Warwick Castle. He was a big part in making our ceremony feel special and personally to us. He learnt a couple of songs that we requested and it was amazing to hear these played. We also had our cousins sing 'You've got a friend in me' which Nigel learnt in a different key in order to accompany them and we loved swaying along with the song! We also loved leaving the room to "I'm gonna be (500 miles" and all our guests were clapping along in time - it was such a fun moment! Thank you so much for all your thoughtful touches - we absolutely loved it and we were so impressed with your phenomenal talent. "Robert played a lovely selection of music - some of our choosing, some of his and some of the residents' requests. Most popular with the older people were his medley of war-time songs and some Frank Sinatra tunes whereas we marginally younger folk enjoyed the Beatles medley. The organ concert made a very pleasant occupation for a cold, early-winter afternoon. We would highly recommend Robert Baker for such a function and maybe next time we'll invite his wife along to come and sing with/for the residents, too. "

"Grant was such a fantastic addition to our small family party for my husband's 50th yesterday. He absolutely made everyone's day, playing requests and even kindly encouraging my daughter to sing, which delighted the whole family . Grant fitted in brilliantly and everyone really enjoyed chatting to him. I hope we have an occasion when we can use him again and would thoroughly recommend him. It's amazing how a pianist can add so much, even to a small party in the kitchen, the whole family were delighted and it made the occasion so much more memorable."
