FUNCTION PIANIST AND CONCERT ARTIST: I have over 40 years of playing experience, performing as a child and turning professional in my early teens. Although classically trained and graduating from the Royal College of Music, my first love is lounge and function piano playing. I have been performing at Wedding receptions, parties, lunches, dinners, corporate functions and cocktail parties since I was 16. I have held residencies at many London hotels, bars and restaurants including The Bombay Brasserie, The Rembrandt Hotel, The Petersham Hotel and the RAC country club in Epsom (current).

During my career I have had the privilege of playing for and being introduced to many celebrities including Michael Caine, Tony Curtis, Henry Mancini, Johnny Mathis, Cliff Richard, Roger Daltrey, Bernard Cribbins, Frank Finlay, Michelle Dotrice, Nerys Hughes, Terry Wogan, Peter Sallis, Michael Aspel, Bill Martin and The Prince and Princess of Wales.

I play in a wide variety of styles including jazz, cocktail, show tunes, ballads and light classical with a memorised repertoire of 600+ songs. I carry additional repertoire on my iPad and can accommodate any special requests - if necessary downloading and learning within 20 minutes if so required!
I am happy to play for any occasion and for as long as you need me - I believe the record so far to be 6 hours without a break! As a freelance operator, I have extensive availability and willingness to travel as well as provide further information or meet to discuss requirements upon request.

ACCOMPANIST: I have accompanied soloists, groups and choirs from the age of 9 for rehearsals and concerts including appearances at all the major LONDON concert halls. I have had the pleasure of playing under the directorship of many conductors including John Rutter and Malcom Singer. Additionally, I have been official accompanist at regional music festivals and Eisteddfodau. I have coached and accompanied many 100's of students for music exams up to graduation level at Universities and Music Conservatoires. I am extremely familiar with the examination requirements for ABRSM, Trinity and LCM and always do my best to accommodate last minute requests for exam preparation, rehearsal and accompaniment in the examination room.
