Prefer a personal touch? Our entertainment agency, led by Director of Music Sarah-Jane Morris, offers a concierge booking service. Tell us about your event and we will recommend the right acts, handle the details and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Last Minute Musicians was founded in 2003 by Adam Hughes and Chris Walmsley, two professional musicians who saw an opportunity to help fellow performers connect with clients looking for live entertainment.
Starting with just a handful of acts and an idea, the directory has grown into one of the UK's most established platforms for booking live entertainment. Over two decades, the site has evolved from a simple listings service into a comprehensive directory and agency, helping tens of thousands of clients find the right entertainment for their events.
As the platform grew, Sarah-Jane Morris joined as Director of Music, bringing years of experience in the live entertainment industry. Together with the wider team, she provides personal booking advice and ensures that clients and performers alike receive a high standard of service.
Today, Last Minute Musicians lists over 3,500 active members and serves more than 75,000 visitors every month, with over 60,000 enquiries sent in the last 12 months alone. Based in Hampshire, the directory continues to grow every day.

No! Despite the name, most clients book weeks or months in advance. The name reflects the ability to help even when time is short, but Last Minute Musicians is happy to help with bookings at any stage of planning.
