"A lovely, friendly professional band Re-Jigged Ceilidh Band were recommended to me by one of their players for our charity Barn Dance. They were great fun, friendly and very professional. Chris contacted me in advance to enquire about access, parking, and facilities in the hall to make correct arrangements. They arrived 1and 1/2 hours beforehand and set up their equipment efficiently. They looked good on stage with coloured lights along the front and dressed appropriately. Each member is a professional musician and the music was excellent, with balance and volume adjusted perfectly for the hall. They kept 90 people dancing for 3 hours, with an interval . It was a great atmosphere. I hope they will play for us again and I would not hesitate to recommend the Rejigged Ceilidh Band. Annie Judge HEPT Barn dance 30th November 2019 "

"My legs are still aching because I danced so much! The band arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful and the music was delightful. It was a mixed crowd, many of whom had never met each other before but with one thing in common – they had never done ceilidh dancing before! The caller was absolutely brilliant – it didn’t matter that most people had no idea how to dance the reels! Everyone joined in and thoroughly enjoyed themselves."

"First time I'd been to a Jazz concert. It was what I expected and more. An outside charity event at Gallery House near Marykirk in Aberdeenshire. It was a cold evening for June but the band kept us warm ? Hoping this event happens every year and they come back??"

"Alan was brilliant, he arrived on time as planned and did everything I requested. He was professional but friendly and made the day so special for my dearest Mom. His music was lovely and I was very happy with everything he did. His fee was very good having had another quote for almost double. I would most happily recommend him and this booking platform as all my questions were answered swiftly and with much understanding at what has been an immensely difficult time. Thank you Alan."

"The booking procedure was very straightforward and efficient. I spoke to Sarah-Jane who answered all my questions in a comprehensive and very friendly manner. Jean was a superstar!! She was highly professional and personable. She was very punctual and was playing as the first guests arrived. The range of music was just right to cater for all tastes and ages. She was smiling and bubbly throughout and was more than happy to play requests for my father!"

"We welcomed back Black Velvet Band Irish Trio for St Patrick's Day. They were amazing and really created a great atmosphere for the afternoon with all of our customers singing and joining in. "Still Reeling were the perfect band for our event. The different band sizes on offer meant that we were able to choose the amount of instruments that suited or size and budget. I had never been to a ceilidh before but they clearly explained how it worked and what they needed to set up. The caller was great and guided the group of mostly beginner's through progressively more and more complex dances. We had a mix of ages and the dancing got everyone mixing and having fun. The band had a good sense of when to let people rest and played traditional music. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend Still Reeling to anyone considering a ceilidh."
