"It's as hard to record a piano successfully as it is to play it - so firstly well done in selecting such an attractive range of music - so many favourites, all beautifully executed. But also bravo to your sound engineer and the Old Grannary people..... it's a true skill placing microphones in just perfect positions and balancing them so well: so as to create that lovely tone of yours that I have been enjoying so. Not too closely recorded (dry) nor too distantly either (wet). Perfect, undistorted tone. You must be very pleased and thankful - as we are, hearing this terrific recording of your piano playing.
