Sax Only options: 2 x 45 or 3 x 30 minute sets in a 2 hour period from start to finish time
Saxophone alongside client's DJ: £419 Your DJ provides the equipment and the Sax plugs in.
LED Saxophone alongside the client's DJ: £489 Your DJ provides the equipment and the Sax plugs in.
Reception/background sax with PA and backing tracks: £628 This is the option when there is no PA provided already, Jazzy Sax will bring all the equipment required.
DJ Options: 7.30pm until midnight
DJ Set - Jazzy Sax DJ'ing (no saxophone): £698 Includes lights, professional DJ booth, and PA system
Full DJ and Sax services: evening option: £1077 Jazzy Sax will DJ until 12 am and 2x45min sax performances (Lights, DJ Booth and PA all included)
Add Ons:
Extra musician (Percussion/bongos, Violin, and vocalist): £460 Subject to availability, please ask if interested.
Background music inbetween sets provided at no extra cost. Prices may vary depending on travel radius. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

About / Biography

Jazzy Sax is a UK based saxophonist that has a vast range of professional experiences as a musician performing for fifteen years. Since moving to the UK in 2013 he’s been an active member of both London and Birmingham music scene, working as a session musician doing diverse work from studio recordings, functions, events, theatre shows, cabarets, tribute bands and most recently improvising alongside DJ’s or backing tracks.

He has performed alongside some of the most prestigious UK and Europe’s artists and some of his most relevant performances includes playing alongside 12 times Grammy-nominated artist and holder of one Grammy for “Best Gospel Song” in 2011 saxophonist Kirk Whalum which became famous for his feature on Witney Houston’s track “I Will Always Love You”.

Since his start in the DJ & sax scene in 2014 covering for UK/Birmingham based saxophonist Andy Sax and having graduated from the Birmingham Conservatoire with a degree in jazz, Jazzy Sax has acquired and developed an unique style, reputation and overall trust from his clients, which makes him a very reliable and strong candidate when considering a saxophonist to play with DJ’s improvising alongside all genres of music such as funk, jazz, hip-hop, R&B, Latin, disco, house, 80’s and chillout music.

Finally Jazzy Sax has performed on the DJ & sax scene for over a decade on some of the most prestigious venues nationally and internationally such as Birmingham’s Fumo, Nuvo Bar, Chameleon, Players, Dirty Martini, Sports & Music bar in Liverpool, The Warehouse in Leeds, Charlie Wright’s Jazz Club in London, Mostly Jazz & Blues Festival and also overseas in the town of Amora (Portugal) where he was resident sax player for two consecutive summer seasons playing at Ibiza style parties alongside different DJs, electric violin, percussionists and vocals.
