My favourite public gig was at Chewton Glen Hotel in Hampshire, with James Martin on his Supercar Sunday. His cars and cooking were amazing! The hotel grounds are also beautiful and I enjoyed entertaining the diners when they sat for lunch and tea.
My favourite private client...so hard to choose. I absolutely love working with so many different clients. But I do have a cheeky favourite couple of venues and DJ's too!

In my younger years I listened to Charlie Parker and although I love jazz, I preferred to play more modern music. David Sanborn was and still is a great inspiration but I love listening to many vocalists too. My 'happy' song is Morning by Al Jarreau but I also love listening to lost of current music too.

I have been gigging since I was 13 with a band that my head of music ran outside of school. It was big band jazz which I really enjoyed at the time, doubling on clarinet and flute. When I left school I worked on a cruise ship for 2 years on same 3 instruments, albeit I played tenor sax more than alto. Since then I have gigged with many bands, varying style on alto. Pop, Soul, Rock, function bands, even a German Oom-pah band! I started solo work in 2012.

I love all weddings and functions. I especially like the evening part of the wedding with DJ as the dance floor is so much fun!
