"Mark Ritchie, THE STAGE Country band Knoxville Highway are impressive to say the very least. From the deliverance-style banjo and guitar duel to the quality and warmth of double bass and pedal steel guitar, these country boys gave it to us with both barrels. Knoxville Highway are a joy to listen to."

"Kip and his band were absolutely amazing. We had an unusual wedding venue and they made it work so that it was just perfect. I was overwhelmed with all the care and attention that they put into the calls and making sure everyone was included from very young to older guests. Anyone who has a wedding really knows that it flies by for the bride and groom but Kip made sure we were called to dance so we also had the opportunity to enjoy the music. We will be hiring these guys again as they were brilliant and fantastic musicians. You made the day so special, we can't thank you enough. Rachel and Christian x"

"LMM organised the setting up of the event in a very efficient friendly and helpful manner. Even when our original act pulled out unexpectedly Sarah-Jane bent over backwards to ensure we got a similar act at a similar price, all at relatively short notice We were delighted with tremendous set which Martin and Anna of the Ardvierikie Ceilidh Band performed for us all on our son’s wedding night; it exceeded all of our expectations! Right from the word go, their professionalism and enthusiasm shone through, with both demonstrating superb musicianship combined with the excellent calling skills of Anna who got everyone up on their feet for the whole night! It gave all of us all an amazing evening to remember all our lives and greatly contributed to the success of the wedding as a whole."

"We absolutely loved having Black Velvet Band play our wedding ceilidh at Clearwell Castle. My husband is from Scotland so we wanted a traditional Scottish ceilidh feel with some of the classics, and we were not disappointed! We had a good feeling about Black Velvet band from the moment we booked them - and sure enough, Mike and the guys were absolutely fantastic and made our evening party a huge success. The band were great and the instructions on the ceilidh dances were so helpful; even those of our party who may not have normally danced were up there loving life on the dancefloor. The fun and friendly atmosphere they created was just fab and so different from your ‘usual’ evening do. All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the ceilidh and some said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would 100% book the band again and recommend them to friends. "We had Blue Jewel to play at our wedding in December. They were absolutely brilliant. The caller was great with clear instructions and nothing was too complicated. We had lots of guests who had never been to a ceilidh before and were up dancing all evening. It was so much fun, and our family and friends are still talking about it now. We would recommend Blue Jewel without reservation!"

"All ages were able to take part" "Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band performed at The Walker Ground in Southgate for a Charity Fundraiser and the night was a great success (Saturday 11th March 2023 Southgate Cricket, Hockey & Squash Rackets Club, 175 Waterfall Road, Southgate, London, N14 7JZ) The caller was fab and engaged with the crowd to get everyone up and dancing. People of all ages were able to take part and were delighted with the live music. There was great communication with Mick before, during and after the event itself. "This is the 3rd year we have had the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band play for our event. They really add to the event in terms of the atmosphere, structure and fun they bring. We were sold out of tickets in the lead up to the event as people eagerly anticipated our annual ceilidh. The band are professional and talented. They brought some great dances which we had not seen before and some old favourites. We are already talking about next year's event with them!"
