No Wild West themed event is complete without an American Country Band. A mainstream country band will perform all the classic Nashville favourites and can include a line dance caller who will have every one of the dance floor in no time. For smaller events, a duo or trio (including a dance caller) is available working with backing tracks, giving you the sound of a full band at a more affordable price.
You might prefer a down-home American Hillbilly Bluegrass Band. Featuring banjo and/or fiddle, guitar and double bass with harmony vocals, a bluegrass band brings you authentic American Hillbilly songs and tunes from the 1930’s and 40’s – the perfect backdrop for an American themed event. Many bands come complete with a dance caller, who will organise a Hoedown-style barn dance. For smaller events, a Hoedown Trio, featuring guitar/vocals and fiddle or banjo + dance caller is available.
Dressed in cowboy hats, dungarees, checked shirts and jeans, the guys not only sound right – they look right, too. The band will bring a PA system that will give a high quality sound and will provide background music of a similar style in the breaks.
