"We recently hired It's No' Reel Ceilidh Band for our wedding and were extremely pleased. Right from the beginning, communicating with the band was easy and stress free. The band arrived on time and set up without disturbing our reception in the next room. The band played exceptionally and everyone had a wonderful time. "We just wanted to email to thank the guys for being amazing on our wedding day! So many of our guests have commented saying how great they were and that they got the party started straight away. They loved that they could just request their own songs and everyone has said the atmosphere was nothing like they had seen before at a wedding that early on in the day. Even the staff at the house stopped us to say how good they were. They were exactly what we were after and we couldn't be happier. If you could pass on our thanks that would be amazing. Best wishes"

"I don't even know where to start! Still Reeling were amazing, they got everyone up to dance, the communication was brilliant. I honestly cannot explain how brilliant they were, they made the whole night fantastic with a variety of dancing/singing which everyone could get involved with"

"St Patrick's night at the Old Fire House Exeter was electric last night. The Extonions were well on form and had the place buzzing. Mac on his green electric fiddle raced away with jigs getting faster and faster, I'm surprised his fiddle didn't catch fire. Mike sang in his sexy Hank Marvin deep gravel voice with a lovely Irish twang. That got the ladies swooning. John swapped with ease from 6 to 12 string guitar and kept up a driving beat together with fingers flying over the strings to create a magical sound. James maintained the foundation of the band with solid bass. The place was so packed it was like how many people can you get in a telephone box, they just kept pouring in. There must have been hundreds at the gig. Feedback said it was the best St Patrick's venue in Exeter that night and greatly down to The Extonions. I highly recommend you don't miss their next gig."

His playing was every bit as wonderful as I thought he would be and more. His talented playing and gorgeous voice created a wonderfully relaxed backdrop and atmosphere at our wedding. "We've seen Ben and The Shamrock Experience before (at a local pub where they were playing) and I asked them to play at my 50th. Communication beforehand was perfect and Ben made sure that he and the DJ were in tune so as not to overlap on the night. The evening itself was amazing, with lots of dancing and enjoyment. Whilst I doubt any of us will be winning any competitions any time soon, everyone has said what a great time it was and how good the Ceilidh band were."

"When my mum passed away I knew I'd need live Irish music at the church and later at the wake. I came across Kindred Spirit duo on this site . They could not have been more perfect. Elaine on vocals and guitar was excellent and Martin on fiddle was outstanding, too. Their music was acoustic in the church when they played Lord of the Dance. It was exactly what I'd hoped for. At the venue they played a great variety of songs, including traditional and more modern, for example, The Corrs. The guests enjoyed their music and many guests took their details to book them for future events. They definitely made my mum's wake extra special - and memorable. Kindred Spirit Duo are friendly, eminently professional and very talented. In addition, they were very sensitive to the occasion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Elaine and Martin!"
