Winner of the Liverpool Acoustic Judges' Award, Danny Blackmond is an accomplished fingerstyle guitarist and outstanding vocalist with 15+ years experience of performing professionally. Having completed several national tours since 2020, he has opened for Martin Carthy, Jon Gomm and Tony McManus. Skilled in a variety of styles, Danny has a regular jazz residency at the Michelin Guided Art School Cellars, in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter.
Adding another string to his bow, Danny has also worked extensively as a musician in live, touring theatre, most recently completing a month-long run of 'The Incomplete Works Of Shakespeare' in 2023. He has also performed musical comedy, and stand-up comedy - making him comfortable in front of any audience.
