"I was very impressed with Andrew's communications with regard to playing at my daughter's wedding. Prompt replies, very accommodating to changes we made and very good price also. He played for us as the guests arrived and during the ceremony...........I'm only sorry I didn't book him for during the breakfast also so that I could have heard him play more. However what I heard and from the response from our guests he did an excellent job. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending him for any special occasion. Thanks again Andrew. "We want to say a massive thank you for playing at our wedding. It was perfect, we loved the piano in the background to the day, it really added to the atmosphere. I loved hearing certain requested songs and the aisle song was beautiful, I can't wait to hear it again on the wedding video. Our guests were impressed with the wide range of music and how you could just perform the requested songs. "Having listened to his CDs it is difficult to describe the sheer joy of watching the man for real. His ability to create an atmosphere in keeping with the style of music, which ever genre he is "lost" in, is hard to match. His ability to provide magic for any age group and his versatile repertoire makes it difficult to find an adjective to describe him. A man who lives for music and has a burning desire to share it. Any occasion would benefit from his highly entertaining and sympathetic performance. Once seen you are a fan."

"We contacted Laurence through this site to play during our ceremony at Stoke Park Pavilions. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of his way to play the songs that we wanted and accompanying the Bride's Soprano Mother whilst she sang a song for us. We cannot recommend him enough and our only regret is not having the opportunity to say thank you after the ceremony (photographs etc etc). So thank you Laurence, many of our guests commented on your superb playing."

"With a month or so to go before our wedding (July 2015) we found ourselves without an organist. Not knowing quite what to do next, we turned to Google and found Lastminutemusicians.com. Choosing an organist from the site was such a daunting prospect given how important the organist's role was to be and not knowing if the person we would end up choosing would be any good! After a number of replies from other performers we chose Mark and we couldn't have been in better hands. Mark is a true professional and a talented performer. He is eager to please, vastly experienced and could adapt most songs/pieces of music for the organ. A week or so before our wedding, and in his own time, he visited our chapel and familiarised himself with the organ he would be playing. We also spoke frequently on the phone to discuss our thoughts regarding what we wanted to be performed and he also provided helpful suggestions and ideas without 'taking over'. On the day itself he was prompt, well presented and played beautifully. Thank you again Mark for your contribution to our special day, I really can't recommend you enough...in fact two of the guests at our wedding used Mark as the organist at their wedding having been impressed, I'm sure, at what they heard!"

"We engaged Mark to play for us during our annual conference dinner in the stunning Victorian Gallery of Leicester's New Walk Museum. It was wonderful to hear the gentle sounds of the piano on our arrival as we made our way to the gallery. Mark then continued to play for us whilst having our early evening drinks and then during the meal itself. He thoughtfully kept the lid in place on the museum's grand piano so he did not drown out our conversation, but instead provided a delightful backdrop to it. Mark offered to play requests for us but we did not take him up on this; instead we trusted him to find the right pieces for the evening. He played a wide range of material, including classical favourites, famous film scores, and the latest hits. He set just the right tone for the evening, with the piano offering a delightful accompaniment to our dinner. In such a beautiful setting, we all thought Mark's playing had really made our evening. We really did appreciate it, thank you so much! "
