"Wraggle Taggle were fantastic for my birthday party at Alexandra Park School. Mick was a great communicator leading up to the event and made me feel reassured that everything was well-planned. The music was excellent and the caller made sure that we all had a great time joining in although most of us were unfamiliar with the dances beforehand. Some of the comments I received from friends were "it made me feel young again!" and "I haven't had so much fun for a long time!" Thank you to Mick and the band for a wonderful evening! "

"Thanks again for make my mum's night so special. I will definitely recommend you to everyone should they need a band such as yourselves. My mum had a brilliant time and I managed to create the night I had planned in my head. So much so she couldn't sleep for the following 2 nights with the excitement of it all!!! "The Shooglers played at our wedding in May and they were great! They were brilliant at calling the ceilidh dances and Davie (the caller) certainly has the gift of the gab! He encouraged everyone to get up and dance and had people laughing in the process with lines like, 'the next dance is a prize dance... Prise yourselves off your seats and get up to dance!' All our guests commented on how good the band was and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - a great find! "

"Just outstanding! Utterly professional from the first contact to the end of the wedding party, the Blue Jewel was a component that I really did not have to worry about and boy, did they deliver! The guests had a fabulous time; so much laughter and joy down to the littlest people! Great clear calling, never patronising, using our names and lots of lovely personal touches by Kip, who is a superb caller. The band showed great musicianship and were a complete asset. Lots of guests commented how good they were and what a great time they had at the Ceilidh. I recommend Blue Jewel without any reservation."
