"The Blaggers were absolutely brilliant and exactly what we were after. This was a big corporate party for a young audience and they were fun and a modern take on a ceilidh band. I highly recommend them for any event as they would be great regardless of audience."

"We wanted to get in touch to officially thank you for helping to make our big day even more special. Alice and I spent many evenings sitting at home ploughing through online video clips of bands and were so pleased we found Stargazers. The band lived up to our expectations and made our day even more special. Thank you to both you and Andy for playing the acoustic set while the photos were being taken. While we didn’t get to hear much of this, our guests were extremely complimentary and your music was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for bearing with us in the evening. Alice and I had an absolutely brilliant evening and really enjoyed dancing the night away. Stargazers was everything we wanted and much, much more! You were so kind with the bridesmaids and my nephew who joined in the Bandeoke. They felt so special and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our guests loved every minute of it! You played a fantastic mix of songs which got everyone up and dancing for the whole evening. We have never danced so much but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! "

"Remko and Lilac plus support organised a great evening of line dancing for 80 teenagers. After some initial reluctance they were soon tapping away and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. After a pizza break they then chilled to the sounds of the band. Thank you very much indeed and we will certainly be inviting the Band back."

"Paul and Lindsay were the perfect addition to my grandma’s big family reunion / birthday party. Their communication throughout the booking process was flawless and professional. The actual performance was spell-bounding . The tunes they played were so nostalgic and nobodies feet could stay still. All guests were very impressed, and The Publicans were the talk of the party. "The morning after the night before .....Danny was superb . There were only 10/ 12 guests and we booked Danny after seeing his promo videos. He came early - didnt have a lot of equipment as it is a big but not a huge house....his voice and melodies made the night for my husband he was so suprised and every guest was amazed at how smooth and soft Danny s voice was . I made quite a few requests and he managed to fit a good few in - even , a melodic version of Billie Jean which my daughter in law loved. His range of different songs and the ability to sing other artists songs made it even better. He is a lovely man polite , and amenable friendly and suprisingly I read this morning does stand up comedy ??? Wish I knew that last night...lol A perfect singer for a perfect night ...we didnt want him to go. Good luck with your new album Danny.....a very special man....would thoroughlyrecommend "

"For 13 years I have coordinated highly successful ceilidh dances in Bishopbriggs High School and now the new Bishopbriggs Academy. These Christmas dances are the culmination of 3 weeks of social dance with all year groups and it it a priority of mine that we have live music to create an upbeat atmosphere. I consider it part of my job to ensure these traditional dances are taught in school in a way pupils will enjoy and will perpetuate. This year I secured the services of The Shooglers for our S5/6 dance. The evening was a fantastic success and enjoyed immensely by pupils and staff alike. The band worked a perfect blend of traditional Scottish dance tunes with contemporary music the pupils are familiar with, which heightened their participation in – and positive attitude to – “social dancing”. I have already asked the band to perform at next year’s S5/6 dance in the school. I know it will be a special occasion. I recommend The Shooglers unreservedly to anyone hosting school dances, weddings or any kind of function. "
