"Barn with us recently played at our wedding in our back garden and they were incredible! Everybody was up swinging each other around to Cotton Eye Joe and other great hits. Lilac and her band were perfect for such a mixed age group and we all had fun trying out line dancing, we would like to thank Sound With Us for making our day so fun and a day our guests are still talking about!"

"Our planned wedding band let us down last minute, got in touch with Rowan with only a week to spare and he got the band together in a short space of time and did an excellent job, no doubt a better choice than the original ceilidh band we chose! You created a fantastic and fun atmosphere with your talented playing, vocals and humour while your efforts to organise our dances were much appreciated and enthusiastically received by all. "The band set the tone for an evening where everyone, but everyone, joined in the dancing in our village hall. There was an enormous variety in the types of dances, no fuss about who was meant to be standing on the right or left of their partner and lots of patience when dancers didn't initially get the hang of where to move. And probably best of all they were open to requests for dances outside their normal repertoire. A good night was had by all. Thanks!"

"You are extremely talented and your interpretation of Herb Alpert’s “This Guy/Girl’s in Love with you” was to absolute perfection. The guests at our table, both Irish and English friends remembered it and quietly sang along with you. As too the Irish music. You did fabulously well to include in your repertoire 1970’s Minnie Riperton’s “Loving You” Stella appreciated all of your choices including your version of “Bridge over troubled Water” Friends Barry and Sandra appreciated everything including “All along the Watch Tower”.
