"We wanted something that was classy but very different for our daughters wedding. The gypsy jazz and swing hit the spot as we were transported to some cool Parisian club of the 1930s. Guests both young and old loved it! Many thanks for making it such a special day"
10/10 - Client Review of Cafe Manouche
Ideal for:
Unique events with a strong theme will benefit immeasurably from the addition of live music. Why not try a Great Gatsby style theme for your next corporate event? Or perhaps add a 1930's twist to your wedding reception with a vocal harmony group.
If you're opening a shop or venue with a vintage theme, consider booking entertainment to really help give your business the kick-start it deserves, and plan an event that will leave people talking for months to come.
If there is looking to be a vast age range at the event, or you need to cater for an older audience, vintage bands are usually appreciated by both young and old.
When booking Vintage Bands:
Vintage bands will work best when there is already a theme in place - consider asking your guests to dress appropriately and encourage people to get into the spirit of proceedings.
They will also work well in very intimate environments - If you are tight on space, or have to keep noise to a minimum, a small jazz ensemble will work well in the background of conversation. Consider having a low lighting level or even just candlelight to really enhance the atmosphere.
