Founder member of Rockabilly Raucous, Josh, who has played the guitar since the age of 10, put together the band in 2014 from hand-picked professional musicians and friends, and they have since become iconic in the Suffolk music scene. The band count their greatest triumphs as playing at Glastonbury in 2016 and 2017 and festival stages such as Jimmy’s Festival, headlining Music in the Park and Thorpefest, and supporting The Levellers, but they have worked their way into the hearts of many by playing special life events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and even funerals, and for charity events, schools for children with special education needs, and at care homes.
Rockabilly Raucous have embarked on a very exciting year and 2018 promises to offer many opportunities for them to share their unique ability to inject their own special style into classic songs. And followers of Rockabilly Raucous will also be able to dance to some of their brand new songs incorporating some of their favorite styles - rockabilly, rock & roll, jivers, boppers, jitterbugs, balboas, strollers, swingers, Charlestons. There’s soul, jazz and ballads; everything they could pack on one record to suit whatever mood.

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

We've been a professional band for 10 years playing over 100 shows a year. From weddings, corporate functions, parties, festivals and clubs across the globe we have the experience for any event!
We love to play weddings for fun, music loving couples that like to get up and dance the night away with their families and best friends.
Arrival 2 hours prior to guests arriving, set up and go before any guests turn up. Morning set up is extra, we don’t set up before the date only on the event day. 2 hours set up, 1-hour max pack down.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade/shelter from wet weather, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
A high octane good time rockabilly band happy to help with any event!
We perform for two hours that can be split up however you want. For example two sets of an hour each, three forty minute sets or any combination you require.
