"These guys are amazing. They did our wedding for us recently and were so helpful with the initial postponement, moving venues and then all the last minute changes with the current rules. Claire has a fabulous voice and the band definitely made the evening for us, everyone had a fantastic time. We had the 4 piece and this was brilliant and just what we wanted but they can do other smaller formats too for less space or a different vibe. I would 100% recommend them and would book again for any party we have in future without hesitation. I looked at a lot of bands online when planning the wedding two years ago and I'm so pleased I picked this one :)"

"It was an absolute pleasure having Funk Federation play, we feel very proud of making such a great choice. Everyone including my reluctant new non-dancing husband, his elderly father and my frail old frail uncle were up dancing to your performance. "Tashara sang one of my favourites songs, 'You're a Star', at my son's dedication in June and we all loved it. It felt as if she had written it just for his special day and she actually sang it to him which really made it so beautiful. He is just 18 months old but he was captivated. Her delivery was seamless and very professional, actually, something happened to her mic as she was singing and she just continued as if nothing happened and did a very subtle signal to the sound guy at the church, who then turned her mic back on. Thank you Tashara, I can't wait for you to release 'You're a Star' so that I can buy an autographed CD for us to enjoy at home. It's a very inspirational song that speaks to my heart, in both happy and troubled times. God bless you. Warm, welcoming and a beautiful voice!"

"A massive Thank you for making my 40th Birthday party fantastic. You were a real find when we danced all afternoon to you at Newbury and as soon as I saw you I knew you would be perfect to help me celebrate turning 40! Everyone thought you were amazing and from the moment you started everyone danced all night! My family and friends have all commented on how good you were and how much fun they had! "We found Soul Of The Party back in 2019 when we first started planning our wedding and they played for us (finally!) three weeks ago! Best decision we made. The whole process of booking, planning and then changing (thanks COVID!) was made easy and pleasant by Richard who was great with communicating, flexible and friendly. The band learnt our wedding song which we obviously adored, but every song had our guests up and dancing for the entire night. In fact, the dancing started for the sound check which our guests were gutted about when it turned out they weren’t starting yet! Ha! We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Soul Of The Party for any kind of occasion and know that the next event we have, we will be making sure to book them again."
