We ask for 2 x 13 amp power sockets, a place to change if possible, a bite to eat and some soft drinks when on site. Other than this the band is fully self-contained.
Yes, we come with a sound and lighting company that provide state of the art equipment including high-end sound system and impressive lighting - moving heads mounted on plinths, sunstrips , wash lighting from the front and sides - plus additional on request. We can cater for any size event and always have a dedicated sound technician on hand so that everything looks and sounds amazing s the band performs.
We actually know most of the venues in the UK and many in Europe. If we don’t know the venue, we would ask
-Is there are any sound restriction we should know about?
-Where to load in from?
-Are there any restrictions that will make the load in tricky that we should be aware about before we arrive?
We will provide all the party music around the bands live sets up until midnight as standard. We can cater for post-midnight end times on request.
Set up time takes around 1.5 hours but we can have PA & Lighting set up earlier in the day on request to save time later. As standard we play 2 x 1 hour sets but can also add on an additional 30 minutes or 1 hour performance at an additional fee. We also offer music for ceremony’s and drinks receptions in the form of either a solo, duo, trio or quartet line-ups.
Yes, we are happy to perform outside as long as any electrical equipment is covered overhead.
We are more than happy for clients to tell us their musical preferences from our extensive repertoire. It is also good to give us a little freedom as well as we have many years experience in making amazing parties and getting the dance floor bouncing.
I would 100% recommend Embassy band for anyone looking for their wedding! They were so professional in organising logistics for our destination wedding and they performed our requested first dance song beautifully. All of the band members are so talented and they brought so much fun and energy to the dance floor from start to finish. They played hits all night and everyone loved dancing the night away.
