Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "Viewpoint recently played at our wedding reception and they were absolutely incredible! We already knew they were all extremely talented musicians, but they blew us away on the day. We were so impressed with how they engaged with our wedding party, how well they had rehearsed and performed their set, and also, how much fun our guests had with their performances throughout the evening. Every practical and musical detail was thought of, and the band (especially Sam), created such a light-hearted, welcoming space for our guests to celebrate with us. They were well equipped and rehearsed - we didn’t have any issues on the day whatsoever. The band provided their own lights, all programmed in a specific design for each songs which added so much to the overall atmosphere. We were able to liaise with the band beforehand to adapt the set with a few of our own preferences. They even learned the song we wanted for our first dance so that we didn’t just have to play it from our own mp3 device. We could not recommend them more highly!"

"I absolutely loved this pair. I recently planned a wedding in Duns, Scotland and Sally & Graham drove over an hour to play about 3 hours at my event. Everything went completely perfectly, from our communication beforehand, the song list, them adding songs I requested, the location and sound quality for their sets, and setup/tear down. I wanted a relaxed, acoustic sound with talented musicians definitely not a DJ party wedding band, so this duo was perfect for that. This website and this band are excellent value for the range and, again, quality of the music, 100% worth the price and more. Before the event, I gave them some some requests including Africa by Toto, which they REWROTE and learned in their own style (HUGE HIT and really surprised my husband). Also we coordinated a place for them to setup, the times of the sets, and what meals they wanted to have, and everything went off without a hitch. They were also so very sweet and wonderful people that they really impressed all my guests who were complimentary and wondering where I found such an amazing band. One of the best things about the Scotswood Acoustic Duo is how their song list covers a huge variety of music that they somehow play all equally wonderfully. So everyone's music tastes were satisfied and it made for very interesting listening, this was one of the compliments I heard alot. There are just so many nice things to say, please book this band and get them doing music full time because they are AMAZING!"

"Hi Will, We will send a proper thank you when we get back from honeymoon, but we didn’t want to leave it too long to say a quick thank you to you and all the band for Saturday. You guys were fantastic and we really had the best time dancing! Harry said the pre-ceremony music was fab (wish I could have heard it!), our first dance was perfect, and we also loved the surprise rapping from the saxophonist! "Los Musicos played during our drinks reception and they were amazing! All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music, and how well they played. Even though dancing wasn't planned during this time, our guests couldn't help but start dancing. They arrived early to set up and were also so helpful, professional and easy to work with leading up to the big day. I'd book Los Musicos again in a heart beat and will recommend to anyone else looking for a Latin band. Thank you!"
