"Kip and the band were fantastic. We had a big Irish wedding with my family who had all come over for the occasion and the band did not disappoint. I requested an extra instrument and we just wanted session music and they delivered in style. I would highly recommend for a fantastic authentic Irish band to keep people up on the dance floor. "Thank you, guys, for finding time beforehand to rehearse with Amy, the bridegroom’s sister, who sang Elton John’s “Your Song” for the bride and groom’s 1st dance. It was beautiful and very special to have her sing their first song with accompaniment from the band. I think everyone was very moved by it (we are hoping someone filmed it but are not sure!). The dance floor was packed all evening for the ceilidh and we all had great fun - which was the intention. It was an amazing day, evening and whole weekend - we carried on the celebrations on Sunday! Thank you to Black Velvet Band for helping to make the wedding so memorable. "
