"Hired these guys to perform their acoustic set for my husband's 40th Birthday. They were fantastic from start to finish, from enquiring if there was a specific song that my husband likes and performing it for him to having the entire audience including my 80 year old grandmother dancing and singing. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much Kelly and Graham."

"We were a little nervous booking a band only from online material, but Stargazers did not disappoint!! They were incredible. Rhona the manager chatted through all my thoughts and genre style for the playlist and vibe we wanted at our wedding and they got it just right! Everyone was dancing, the band were interactive at all the right points, and they were forgiving of a rather overzealous wedding guest and their impromptu karaoke! These guys did such a good job and we would re-book them in a heartbeat!! "

"The Black Velvet Band provided us with a fantastic ceilidh for our wedding reception. They really got everyone up and moving, so much better than a boring DJ set. They were even accommodating to our more inebriated guests and explained the dance moves clearly. We had a wonderful time and would consider them again for future parties."

"Had 106 Miles to Chicago play our annual weekender. They are a very good energetic duo, bringing laughs and some great moves on the dance floor and the audience loved the interaction with them. Bognorphenia would happily book these guys again in the future as they are reliable, competent and great fun. We danced all night"

"Hiring a band is always a difficult experience and we could not have been in safer hands with Rich and the band! We wanted something special for the day time so we hired Billy to perform as a soloist for us and then the rest of the band performed in the evening. Everything was so special and the perfect accompaniment to our wedding day."

"We booked Dave the guitarist for our wedding reception, he was great and has an amazing voice. Dave emailed me beforehand To find out what sort of songs we wa Wanted and he played for about 5 hours. Dave arrived very early as he was worried about traffic getting to our venue. Dave is a lovely man and was also very smart. We would definitely re book and recommend Dave. "Black Velvet ceilidh band played at my daughter’s wedding on Saturday. Please let them know how excellent they were, and the evening was a great success greatly helped by the excellent calling, music and dancing. I have had lots of good comments from guests and would recommend them to anybody."
