"Thanks for a wonderful show. We and the residents of Deepdene including my father greatly enjoyed her beautiful voice and great choice of songs. She had a lovely way with the residents showing humour as she sang despite a squawking budgie and a constant wandering audience."

"We are so happy we booked Rob for our party. We chose the jukebox option and it was ideal. We had an age range of 7-93 and the jukebox meant everyone was happy. Rob is very talented and had people up dancing and everyone entertained the whole time. I would recommend anyone in doubt about booking Rob, just do it you won’t be disappointed. I think having Rob at the party really elevated it from just a gathering to an amazing party with a great atmosphere. Thank you, I’m already thinking of an excuse to have another party!"

"Just to say everything was perfect! After doing lots of research and searching for a band to play our wedding we struggled for months to find anything that would be anything near perfect and then I found Somerset Soul after watching their video I knew straight away that was the perfect band for the big day! I was absolutely thrilled when they were available as well. It really was the best day and the band just topped an already perfect day! They turned up on time and quickly got set up and ready. They started with a request that they learned in two weeks ( which was covered beautifully) and continued with a superb set. They were friendly and enthusiastic. Every guest at the wedding really enjoyed them. I couldn't rate the day any higher."

"Saturday night was just amazing at Bookmark Bloxwich Theatre, when Bloxwich Library Forum presented accomplished Country Music band KNOXVILLE HIGHWAY live on stage. And it says a lot about these guys that they filled the house with our first capacity audience (more than 150!) since opening after the 2009-10 refurbishment. A great night out was had by all, filled with toe-tapping and sing-along classics originally sung by the likes of of Hank Williams, Randy Travis, Alan Jackson, John Denver, Toby Keith, Johnny Cash, Tracy Byrd, Jim Reeves, The Eagles, Glen Campbell, Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers, Alison Krauss – plus a few surprises including the band’s own songs. Suffice to say that some of the words heard from the audience at the end of the show, included “Wow! Thanks for bringing them to Bloxwich!”, “Simply amazing”, “Thanks for a great night!” and “Bloody Brilliant!” "

"We went on a long cruise and we’re lucky enough to have It Takes Two on as entertainment and we went almost every night of our 42 nights. They were just so versatile and managed to play all the requests that were thrown at them. Grahams guitar solo set was brilliant as were the variety of themed sets, we were never bored. A very talented and lovely couple."

"Just a few words to say how much everyone enjoyed your band's playing at Gillian and Jeremy's wedding on Saturday evening. Your calling of the dances was excellent and you succeeded in getting lots of folk on to the dance floor. Many had never been to a ceilidh before, but you made it so easy for them to understand the steps. It was a super evening from start to finish and much fun was had by all. "Jamboree James was the ultimate professional, great communication and arrived in plenty of time to set up. He was patient in the chaos of our school fayre set up. We had lots of compliments about the music which provided the perfect background to the events of the day. I'd definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking for some excellent live music from a reliable musician."
