"We had the pleasure of The Marvellous Motown Souls perform for our charity fundraiser event last weekend. I can only use the words professional and amazing to describe the band. I have booked bands before that simply turn up and play, but Liz gives so much more than expected prior to the event. We met for coffee and she brought a sheet that covers everything you could think of in order to make the event run smoothly. This included working out the custom setlist to ideas for the band raising money on the evening. The band did a bid for joining the musicians as their 7th member playing percussion, this worked a treat and raised an extra £200. You can tell the members are all friends and love what they do. Fun, energetic and they make guests feel at ease. I should mention that Max provided DJ for when the band was not playing which was also brilliant, but the band performance was the highlight of everyone evening. I will be booking Liz and the band next year and I can't recommend enough for any event. They will adapt to perfection. Thank you again Liz. Rich"

"Juniper Blue played me down the aisle and as soon as I heard them begin when I was waiting outside I burst into tears The music was so emotional and was so memorable for us and our guests. "Mark and the band were beyond all expectations. We found them incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. They did 2 sets for our wedding and they were absolutely exceptional. We wanted something upbeat, fun and would get everyone dancing, whilst avoiding wedding music cliches - and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest. All our guests, young and old, were on their feet and having the best time. We’ve had multiple messages from guests saying how fantastic they were and we’re very much considering them for any future special events! Highly recommend!"

"We got married on 1st June 2024 & hired Enchanted Harpist as our harpist for the ceremony & drinks reception. From the very first contact to the wedding day itself, Enchanted Harpist was phenomenal. A lovely, warm person to communicate with & incredibly responsive to all queries. We felt she was excited as we were & was really keen to personalise the music set list for us. Her repertoire of songs is impressive - from classical, to Disney, to Studio Ghibli, to Irish, to popular/hit song covers etc. She was additionally happy to learn songs we requested & I cannot express just how much we - & our guests - enjoyed her incredible talent on the day! We were only sad we didn't get to experience more of her music on the day! 110% recommend if you are looking for a harpist for any occasion. Thank you Dorothy! <3"

They brought a fresh and exciting energy that elevated the event, starting with some relaxed acoustic numbers during the welcome drinks and building up to a high-energy dance set. "We've so enjoyed having Blackbeard's Tea Party along at our events that they're now our "go to" band every time we have a ceilidh. They bring energy, musical talent and a sense of fun every time they play. Our ceilidh events are always a success, and that's mainly down to this great group of musicians. If you want a lively "proper" ceilidh band, then look no further than Blackbeard's Tea Party."
