"Hello Jimmy I just wanted to say a huge T H A N K Y O U to you and the band for your performance at my birthday bash at the weekend, you were absolutely brilliant. You got the party started and kept everybody on their feet all night, fantastic set choice (I knew I’d made the right decision to let you choose the music) and you matched my preferences perfectly – I don’t recall any tracks that didn’t have me tapping my toes. I am especially touched by the memory of your rendition of a song played personally for me [the Palaye Royale track], which you and the band learnt specifically for my party – absolutely incredible. You should see the smile I have at this moment remembering it. There aren’t enough superlatives to properly express how grateful I am, a party needs people but people need good bouncy music to feel good and you provided the perfect soundtrack for a feel good night. The music soundtrack you selected between your sets and whilst setting up was perfect too, the party never missed a beat! You are all clearly talented musicians who know your instruments very well, as evidenced by learning the new track for me, and I would ask you to pass on my thanks to Mickey and Neil (just simply brilliant) and the irrepressible Stuart banging away on his D-Drum Dios Bubinga snare drum – he was a joy to meet! "Free spirit band is amazing. So talented. They played at our anniversary party and really made the night fantastic. Such a lovely bunch of men and a very talented wonderful singer Leigh. "We booked the Hot Hats for our wedding party because we had seen them perform 4 years previously (when we were in the early stages of dating) and had enjoyed their performance so much that we jokingly said that we would book them for our wedding. So, 4 years later we did! And they certainly didn’t let us down. The Hot Hats were quite simply brilliant and exactly what we needed, and wanted, for our Wedding evening party. We had a small group of guests of mixed age and all were captivated by the band. Our big worry was that some of the guests would drift off to the quieter parts of the venue and no one would dance. But we needn’t have worried as the boys had their attention and had everyone up and dancing from the start. They performed modern takes on songs from a range of era’s and interspersed this with fun and charming banter. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. Communication from the point of my initial enquiry was good, they arrived nice an early to be ready to start on time. In between their 3 live sets, they also provided an appropriate playlist of music (and first dance song) to keep the evening flowing. We cannot recommend them enough – and nor can our guests based on the many positive comments we received afterwards from them."

"Hi Fiddlestix! We absolutely loved our barn dance and had the most amazing time!! Thankyou all so very much and thanks again for performing the special song for us to all have a slow dance to, we really appreciated it!!!!! All our guests said how lovely the whole thing was! I just felt so awful that you didn’t get your platter of food, I’m so so sorry, I promise you it was all arranged and paid for but the pub completely forgot apparently, I was not best pleased!! There wasn’t even enough food for the rest of the guests really as so many more came than we anticipated!!!!! Anyway thanks again for being amazing ❤️ Love Zoe and Hannah xxx "

"We booked Kellys Heroes to play at our wedding earlier this year and we were not disappointed! Everyone at our wedding was up on the dance floor, dancing for the entire set, they're great musicians with a great set list. I think all of our guests could have gone on for the rest of the night. Everyone still tells us that it was one of the highlights of any wedding they've been to. Thank you! "
