"Larry and the Hot Crossed Buns are quite literally my favourite band I've ever seen perform, and that's a statement! I've seen acts from probably every music genre and nothing hits like they do! Not only is the music fantastic but the performance and entertainment is top tier! You can't help but jig along to everything they play and their crowd engagement is awesome. Each member of the band are also really lovely to chat to if you manage to catch them after a gig! My only gripe is that they're not close enough to me to see them perform enough, although I did grab a band tee and often rep them on the school runs. Honestly though, if you're around and these guys are playing - go and see them, you can thank me later xo (even if you're not close by, they're genuinely worth travelling for). Lovely band and boys!"

"We just wanted to say thank you to you and to the rest of the band for the most fantastic two sets at our wedding. Friends and family are still asking us about you all and saying it's the best band they've heard at a wedding. We were delighted with all the songs that you chose and especially grateful to you for playing 'Tonight I'll be Staying Here with You'. The accordion sounded great in that song! You judged the mood of the evening perfectly and the music moved along beautifully in response to this. I think it was a real highlight of the day for us and all of our guests, especially the children who loved seeing you all playing your instruments."

"Absolutely incredible band! We booked Straight Up for our Wedding. They were really friendly. Very professional. They sounded unbelievably good! All our guested mentioned how good they sounded and the energy they brought. The lead singer has an amazing voice. The lead guitarist puts chills up your spine. They made the night. "Alex and the band came to our venue at 6pn and set up ready for the 1st dance at 7pm. From them they played 2 sets and Managed the DJing in between. They were brilliant! From the start to the end the music they played was excellent and they sounded great. We had so many compliments from guests wanting to know who they were. I was in communications with Alex a few weeks prior to the wedding. he was happy to send me his set list but was also happy when I requested he not play some of the songs on the list. I told him I was into a certain band and he went out of his way to add that into the bands set list, which was brilliant. I cannot recommend them more. Thank you for everything, you were all amazing!"

"Fantastic. Can't remember the last time I had so much fun, and actually danced all night! 106 Miles to Chicago are a brilliant act and get the whole audience involved and up on their feet. Visually and audibly superb - If you're looking for a full on night of non-stop entertainment, these guys are just the ticket. "
