Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need a performance space of at least 6 meters x 5 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 2 parking spaces

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own professional PA system to all of our gigs.

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

We supported Nile Rodgers and Chic at Rock Oyster festival 2023. We had thousands of people partying to our set; it was amazing energy to bounce off and give! Later seeing Nile Rodger's and Chic's set was obviously incredible and inspiring!

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

James Brown has to be number one - incredible energy, musicianship and stage presence, which is exactly what we bring to gigs.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We started gigging as teenagers and have since developed into professionals. We’ve now performed at hundreds of weddings, parties, festivals and events across the UK and beyond.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing.

Will the singer be the same as in the video?

Yes, the lead vocalist and trumpet player will always be part of the lineup.

Do you have different options for lineups?

Yes, we can perform with anything from a 4 to a 7 piece. Our 4 piece is Trumpet, Guitar, Bass and Drums (with all members also singing), and we can add to this Saxophone, Trombone and/or Piano.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes, as long as there is shelter and access to power.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Unforgettably full of energy! We always bring high energy to our performances, bouncing off of each other and more importantly, you and the crowd! With the addition of crowd interaction and groovy dancing, we bring the true party feeling to you.
