Get ready to party to the electrifying sounds of The Starcasters - an impressive 3-8 piece party band from Northampton. This phenomenal group delivers a dynamic mix of rhythm & blues, rock 'n' roll, pop, rock, funk, soul, and jazz, ensuring there's something for everyone to keep the dance floor grooving all night long.
The Starcasters standard lineup features a powerhouse quartet with male lead vocals, keys, guitar, bass, and drums, backed by impressive harmonies. Their unique take on popular hits, infused with boogie-woogie Hammond organ and catchy riffs will have you and your guests dancing from the first note. For an even more unforgettable experience, add a four-piece brass section to the mix, and watch as the sizzling sax, terrific trumpet, and tremendous trombone get everyone twisting and shouting.
With over a decade of professional experience across more than 50 countries, The Starcasters' members are recognised as some of the UK's finest session musicians. Named one of the best emerging rhythm & blues bands by Classic Rock Magazine, they've shared the stage with legends such as Burt Bacharach, The Selecter, and The Blockheads, and have performed at iconic festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, Riot Fest, and SXSW. They've also made TV appearances on shows like The One Show, Jools Holland, and The Paul O'Grady Show, proving they're the real deal.
The Starcasters not only guarantee your evening party will go down in history, but also offer entertainment for every part of your day. From a solo acoustic set for your wedding ceremony to an acoustic full band set for your drinks reception or a jazz trio for a sophisticated corporate event—they can do it all. With a range of options to choose from, you can ensure a full day of top-notch entertainment right up until 1am, all with just one booking!
Your booking includes all PA and lighting equipment, as well as a manned DJ service during breaks, allowing your guests to make song requests. To make your event even more special, the band are happy to learn a song outside their repertoire, whether it's for a first dance or a meaningful moment.
