Roman is an accomplished musician who judged his audience well and played exactly the right blend of music. "We booked Andy for our Silver Wedding Anniversary party, of around 50 people in attendance. From the moment of enquiring, Andy was able to answer any questions I had and communication via email, was always responded to quickly. On our party night, Andy was prompt and we agreed to four sets of 30 mins each. The music was fantastic and a good combination of old and new. Andy has a true talent, and our guests loved his performances as well as having the opportunity to chat with Andy in between sets. Andy also provided background music in between sets, so guests could have a good dance. Again, this was a perfect combination of artists to suit our taste, which we discussed prior to the evening. As a gift to my husband, I also purchased a personalised song from Andy, alongside the framed lyrics. Whilst I have yet to give this to my husband, I can honestly say the song made me cry the first time I listened to it. Andy was able to take the past 25 years of our married life (which I had emailed an overview of), and he transposed this into a song beautifully, which simply speaks from the heart. It is such a perfect touch to our silver wedding celebration, and will be treasured. I highly recommend Andy as a musician and songwriter. Andy has an amazing talent which should be shown off. All of our guests commented how fantastic he is and I am currently spreading the word to follow Andy on Spotify! Simply fantastic! We can’t thank Andy enough for making our night even more special."

"Book Piano Matt for your event ? From the outset, Matt was the friendliest, most helpful person to connect with. Having recently planned and celebrated his own wedding, he was immediately offering support and reassurance in so many areas beyond our expectation! Matt is so incredibly friendly, positive, and flexible, even helping us out with a last minute talk on Zoom on a Sunday evening when we got into a deadline panic. Then there's Matt's talent - the love that he has for his craft is huge, and the way that he understands music and the piano is astonishing. Matt offered to learn a custom setlist of classical piano interpretations of our song choices, which was the most incredible thing. Just a couple months before the wedding, we asked him how much notice he would need from us to send him the full list of songs we'd like, and whether we'd left it too late. His response was to shrug and say 'if a tune can be hummed, then it can be played on the piano - there's only so many chords'! I wish I could have that level of confidence and knowledge about anything in my life ? we sent him our (pretty mammoth) playlist, and he said he'd do what he could to work on them and get them perfect - and he really truly did. With Matt playing throughout our welcome, our ceremony, our drinks reception and our wedding breakfast, there was such a great amount of time for us to enjoy him soundtracking our day, and we would have loved to be able to just sit and listen to more of him!! Our guests, from grandparents to 3 year olds, all absolutely loved the magic that Matt created for us. There's been no end to the comments from everyone about how much they enjoyed Matt's music. From the moment guests began arriving, he was playing and creating a brilliant atmosphere. And not only was his performance itself fantastic, but his willingness to learn our custom playlist meant that our guests could guess and recognise piano renditions of songs referencing memories, TV shows, films and comedy - it was truly a highlight of our day! Thank you Matt, for *everything* you did for us in shaping our day, from learning a playlist of 60+ of our weird song choices, to recommending new music artists based on our tastes, and even by bringing along a microphone and PA for us to use for our speeches. We had such a joyful day, and you helped to build it for us. We're so grateful, thank you! "

"If anyone is looking for musicians for their day I can’t recommend JAM Duo highly enough. Anne-Marie Humphries and her partner Jules were amazing at our wedding on Thursday. They were so reasonably priced - for the two of them they were the same price if not less than some single musicians I had found. We weren’t massively keen on having traditional music at our wedding but it was no problem at all for them to cover the list of songs we provided from old school R&B to Motown. For our walking down the aisle song we asked for Mariah Carey - Always Be My Baby and they did an absolutely amazing job. They’re also going to record a version for us to give to our videographer as the music for our video ?❤️ A massive thank you to both of them for managing to sit through the 32 degree heat and then quickly move inside to play for guests who chose to go inside rather than outside as planned. You’re stars!"

"When I was looking for a way to surprise my wife on our wedding day, I reached out to a few pianists based around Essex and Adam was one of the first and best people to get back to me. He was so flexible in what he could do for us and even took a few of my requests on board which made it all the more special when he played a couple of our favourite songs. He's an absolute pleasure to talk to and my only regret is that I didn't make more time to catch up with him on the wedding day! If you need a pianist for your wedding or event (we had him playing at our Wedding Breakfast while everybody was eating, up until the speeches) then you can't go wrong with Adam"

"My event was a private engagement proposal at a venue which required discretion to keep everything a top secret. I discussed at length with Nigel beforehand what my requirements were and he sent a huge list of songs he could play from memory which really helped me select a playlist to ensure the evening was fun yet intimate! We had discussions of some songs which were fundamental to the evening, such as the entrance/proposal song itself and Nigel was so accommodating to my needs, even when I changed and added songs over the coming weeks from his repertoire. There were some songs not listed which I wanted adding but luckily Nigel admitted he also knew how to play them. The evening itself ran beautifully, Nigel blended well with the surroundings (not easy to mix roses with a Ferrari F40) but he managed it. Songs were played brilliantly, and he even slipped in a couple of extra songs to suit the mood. I’d recommend asking him to play The Interstellar Theme by Hans Zimmer :) Thanks Nigel, we had a great evening, and fortunately Chloe said YES! "

Extremely professional, friendly, put us both at ease and was able to advise on areas we were unsure of in our ceremony regarding music. Finn was more than happy to take critiques and adjust the music to the pace etc that we wanted- we were so happy with the final compositions - it made the ceremony and the day truly special - would definitely recommend this rare talent!
