"We booked the Shakesters to play at a joint 30th and 60th birthday party with a 1950′s and 1980′s theme, a wide age range to entertain! They were absolutely fantastic, got everyone dancing with some great interaction with the guests and making sure the birthday boy and birthday girl got shouts outs and were the centre of attention! They were really organised, making sure they knew what we were expecting from them in the planning stages, to setting up promptly and playing an epic set! Highlight of the night, a great group of guys and we could not recommend them enough for any function!"

"Gary played for me this weekend at my fiftieth birthday party. I really enjoyed dancing to Blame it on the Boogie, Brown Sugar and All Right Now to name just a few. My friends said it was the best party they had been to in many a year and that the live music made it really special. Gary even sang a few songs I requested on the night. He really made my day."

"Ben and the band were superb. They were flexible and helpful before the day as we discussed set content and length. They provided a great jazz trio for the afternoon drinks reception and the full 5-piece band for the evening. The first dance (Fly Me to the Moon) was perfectly played, and the whole set had the guests dancing and singing along. There were several guests who wanted contact details for their own weddings later this year and next. The Winklepickers really made the evening. "
