"From the planning stage through to the big day itself, Glow Band were an amazing part of our wedding celebration. They made it easy and effortless to plan what we wanted and we knew we were in safe, talented hands. As a slightly anxious wedding planner myself, I was calmed by knowing I could rely on them to deliver exactly what we dreamed of. On the day, we experienced some unexpected minor delays in the running of the day - Glow Band adapted instantly to these delays and timing changes and went with the flow. They were ready to start as soon as we needed, always happy to adjust timings where we asked. Having Glow Band perform a unique version of our aisle song was one of the highlights of our wedding day. The connection between Michelle and James meant that they knew how to seamlessly extend and adapt the song under pressure to allow me more time to prepare myself to walk in the bridal procession. Our wedding day then featured an acoustic set as well as an electric set to get the party started in the evening. Every guest enjoyed this part especially as we were all up, singing and dancing to the classic hits. Michelle’s presence and energy on stage is incredible and James’ guitar solos were an exceptional treat for us all. You can instantly tell these two are in their element as soon as you see them on stage together. They were even happy to let my saxophonist bridesmaid join them up on stage to perform together for a few numbers - their flexibility and openness with this meant a lot to me. Overall, we were thrilled to have Glow Band at our wedding: they truly livened up our intimate celebration and brought everyone together! "Thought it was time to leave this for Nick, he has been playing here at our club since 1999, in all those years you would have thought the shows would be stale or predictable but as many on here have said, never are two shows the same, he may in fact make a point of changing things knowing it keeps the audience interested. Nick takes you through many genres, at times a fantastic crowd pleasing sing a long then off we head to the dance floor for wall to wall classics, did i mention he has some sublime guitar skills with a blemish free voice ? The feedback we get from our audience is always 10/10 and "when is he here next ?" I'm now starting to sound like one of his fan club so now have to stop !!! A well liked and respected man. "

"Sam played for us at our recent wedding at Broomhill Art Hotel in North Devon. Everyone thought he was great :) He played my wife into the ceremony with a lovely Florence song and both of us out with Robbie Williams. Sams range of music is great, appealing to all ages and I particularly enjoyed his renditions of Wish you were here and Life on Mars. We have no hesitation in recommending him for your special event, a lovely guy and a true musician. James & Zoe"

"Birthday Party in Pencaitland, Tranent December, 3rd, 2023, Wonderful entertainer, a real crowd pleaser. Bob sang for my mum’s 90th birthday celebration and was a hit with young(er) and old alike. He has a great voice and is also an entertaining story teller. His performance was the highlight of the night for my mum. Highly recommended"

"Annelise was absolutely amazing and we were so happy to find her. She had the task of singing to our party over our wedding breakfast. Communication was brilliant and always at the end of an email. Annelise also accommodated our request to sing our first dance song. This song had to be learnt and the outcome was perfect! I highly recommend The Jazz Woman, thank you so much!"

"Neil performed at my wife’s surprise 40th birthday at Brinkburn St Brewery. From booking to the day itself he was fantastic. He DJ’d as guests arrived until after the buffet when he performed 2 cracking sets with music to suit everyone, the dance floor was full throughout! Thanks Neil for making it such a special and memorable day!"

"We had booked James Nicholas for the drinks reception of our wedding on 21.10.2022. James Nicholas played a full 2 hour set with no interruption and completely took on board what we had discussed in our initial meeting beforehand. He is wonderfully talented musician, with a fantastic singing voice. So many of our guests had commented to say how good he was and how much they enjoyed his performance. I only wish that myself and my now husband were able to see more of him on the actual day! Would absolutely recommend. He drove a long way for our wedding and we were incredibly grateful. Thanks again!"

"I honestly can’t thank Danny enough for singing during the drinks reception at my wedding on Saturday; from first contact to the end of his performance he was just a delight and I was thrilled we chose him! I asked him for a certain style of songs (mainly Christmas ones) and he performed them so beautifully. He made the whole atmosphere amazing and my little nieces couldn’t stop dancing! He even stayed to say goodbye which was so sweet and I knew I had made the right choice. If you’re considering a singer, don’t hesitate to get him booked! I’m already thinking of reasons to book again! Thank you so so much!! Xx"
