Every gig is different so it's difficult to pick the best gig. I'd say the best are the ones where everybody is enjoying themselves and having a good time.
My favourite artist would have to be John Mayer, I'm also a big fan of Bon Iver and lots of other singer songwriter/folk bands.
I started gigging just after university and the business took off from there. Since I've performed at over 400 weddings as well as corporate gigs, proposals, funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, christenings.
I feel like I fit best at a wedding, during the ceremony and in the drinks reception. I think the music I play and my style works well here.
