All I require is access to one power socket, adequate space to perform and somewhere to park.
Yes I provide my own PA system, so I have everything I need
It would be great to know where I can park and unload my equipment.
Yes I can provide a playlist service in between my sets for free and a DJ set afterwards for an additional price
I've performed:
- Privately for the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton. It made national news :)
- In support of Tom Odell, KT Tunstall and The Feeling
- on the river of Danube in Budapest with a choreographed light show on the bridge to my performance.
- At UK Festival CarFest
- Winter Wonderland (London)
- At some of London's most prestigious venues
- At Winchester Cathedral backed by a choir to my song.
- A private wedding in Fasano Italy
I grew up influenced by the likes of Jack Johnson, Damien Rice and David Grey. My own music was also later influenced by the likes of Ed Sheeran, James Bay and Dermot Kennedy. My favourite band of all time is the Red Hot Chili Peppers and my current fave is The 1975. However... I love ALL music and I am obsessed by music. From the Beatles, to Stevie Wonder, to Guns N Roses all the way to Lewis Capaldi
Ooo the greatest song of all time? It's got to be Bohemian Rhapsody - unbelievable.
I've been performing live now for over 10 years. When I was 19 I went to university where I got my advanced diploma in singing and Honours Degree in Music Performance, and I started singing at weddings, bars and pubs then. For the past 10 years, I've just been playing more and more frequently with 3/4 gigs a week all year round. With over 50 weddings now, over a hundred pubs/bars, 50+ private parties and countless other events I am experienced for my age
I love all sorts of events, if I had to pick (which is hard) I'd have to say Private Parties. I love to come into people's homes and entertain everyone for an event. I've met some amazing, lovely people over the years :)
Set up time takes around 30/45 minutes depending on the venue and space. This is with a full 2 speaker PA system for up to 200 people or I can use a smaller 1 amplifier set up which is usually better suited for restaurants. I will always arrive with plenty of time before the event.
Most common set would be 2 hours of live music split either 2x 60 minute sets or 3x 40 minute sets. The longest I will perform for would be 3x 1-hour sets. I take short breaks in-between my sets, although can play for 90 minutes continuously if requested.
Yes of course! If it's sunny, please could I perform in a shaded area and if it's raining I need to be under cover.
Yes of course. What I usually do is send over my set repertoire and the clients either: let me decide and judge the evening on a song-to-song basis or let me know a selection of songs that they definitely want me to include or not to play. I feel picking every song in order is a little restrictive and it's best to be flexible for the people listening so that it's dynamic and can change accordingly.
I will also learn a few songs for you, especially at Weddings!
Please so read my reviews! There's over 75 now :)
