"When Konstantinos and I had the idea to have a live band at our wedding cocktail party, I couldn’t even imagine that I would meet a gifted girl like Iris! Iris is a talented girl with an ethereal singing voice. I will never forget the moment that she sang directly to me and Konstantinos and the tears started to flow. Our guests still comment on what a wonderful time they had. I am thankful to have her in one of the most important days of my life!"

"We booked the guys to play their part in our party themed on New York in the late 50s ( like West Side Story). The perfect choice as it turned out. They even worked a couple of new songs into their set. Would see them again when playing one of their more regular gigs in town. Highly recommended!"

"Wow, for an amateur band these guys are remarkably accomplished/professional and with a great vocalist in Kim Osmond too! The event sold out so the band obviously already have a following and one can see why as our village hall was really swinging to 5 saxes, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones with a further 4 in the rhythm section (drums, keyboard, rhythm and bass guitars). Led by Chris Macklow the band played a mix of tunes so those who wanted to dance could and the music certainly prompted some great dancing throughout both sets. But those who just wanted to sit, drink, eat, listen were able to have a great evening too. The Cutting Edge Big Band: please return and perform again. Note to organisers - please re-book! "

You have a unique style and were a real hit with everyone - friendly, professional, punctual and above all played absolutely great music with beautiful singing (in both Spanish and English to match our mix of guests)! The addition of the conga player to the group worked really well and we appreciated your learning and including ‘The King of the Swingers’ from Jungle Book in your repertoire for us on the night."

"Véronique and Rob played a magical evening of jazz for our private party last weekend. They created a wonderful relaxed atmosphere which all our guests enjoyed immensely. Their dedication and love for jazz was evident in the excellent quality of their music. All the guests were really impressed by them and kept asking how on earth I had found such brilliant musicians. If you are looking for an unforgettable evening with amazing jazz and a wonderful atmosphere then I can highly recommend Veronique and Rob and would not hesitate to ask them to play for us again."

"H&R acoustics played at our wedding and they were great. They play a wide repertoire of songs, including jazz, soul and Latin music, both ballads and more uptempo numbers. Highly professional duo and there was fantastic feedback from the guests. They are also very easy to deal with, which made our wedding preparations that bit easier. We’d definitely book H&R again! "
