"Just wanted to say that Sinead and I are beyond grateful for everything you and the band did for us. It was a day that we will never forget which was finished off in style with such a fantastic band. Not only was the swagger and musicality flawless throughout the evening but we were so grateful for letting people occasionally sing along with the band. Everything was so fluid and there was a perfect mix of everything people wanted to hear, I don’t think the dance floor was empty once! I don’t think we’ll ever be able to put into enough words how grateful we are but thank you for helping make it one of the most memorable evenings we’ve ever had. We will do whatever we can to spread the word about the band but I’m pretty sure all 180-odd guests are still talking about it now!"

"We booked Understood for the M&IT Industry Awards earlier this year – wow! As soon as the awards were over and the band struck up, guests made a beeline for the dance floor rather than the bar! No greater testament to the popularity of the band from a ‘been there, heard it all’ crowd. Can’t wait to have them back next year."

"Saturday went really well. The band were great and the client was delighted - both with the sets the band played and the backing for when Laurie sang! The additional half an hour playing was also really appreciated. Also, during the planning stage, the time that was spent re-assuring and working with Laurie ready for her solo was great. From our point of view it was lovely to work with such a nice band, very easy going and flexible when timings and plans changed on site. The music was briliant, the vocalists were amazing too. All in all a resounding success - so thank you very much. Hopefully we’ll be working with you all again soon."

"I looked at hundreds of local bands and their YouTube sets before deciding to contact Radio Dukes because they looked like they created a great night. We couldn't have had a better band - they were amazing. From the first moment I spoke to Mitch he was accommodating, understanding and flexible to some of our unique circumstances. On the night the band members were fantastic and REALLY understanding of the dinner overrunning. They had everything set up in super quick time, had music to take us through dinner and had a couldn't do enough for us attitude. Most importantly though - they were bloomin' good! EVERYONE hit the dance floor for most of the night and the band created a fabulous atmosphere with a set that got everyone up and bouncing! If you're thinking about booking them - don't think - just do it - you won't regret it! "

"Motown Memories was absolutely amazing. I knew they would be good from the videos, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone has been talking about how good they were ever since. Unbelievable talent aside (I truly mean it- unbelievable!) They were just wicked to deal with from start to finish, true professionals but totally personable and everything you could want! Ione is a dream vocalist, and the guys are fab. Top-tier music selections and medleys. The DJ set/request hour was wicked too and music in between. They vibed off the crowd and the crowd, them! If you are reading this ... Take it as a sign to book them! You won't regret it. 10/10 impressive, I couldn't have asked for more. We love you guys! Xx"

"Wow! What an amazing day. The band were outstanding and stunning. The whole band could not be faulted. You made the night so special and memorable. Their talent, professionalism and pure music expertise made the wedding a music magical experience. Everyone commented how brilliant the band were all night. Everyone up on the dance floor right up to the end of the last number and our guests could not get enough and wanted more. I would like to thank you for all your help and time spent throughout the whole process and production to enable 1st September 2018 being a fantastic life event. "Just wanted to drop you a line following the Abba night at the Wyllotts Theatre to say a big thank you! My other half and I had a really fun night, we really enjoyed the act and the audience participation, we were up on our feet dancing too! We came away singing Abba for the rest of the night (very badly)! Personally I have to say the song highlight for me was 'The Winner Takes it All' really well sung, but obviously enjoyed all the dance stuff too. Thanks again, we had a great night out."

"The Marvellous Motown Souls played our wedding and absolutely smashed it. We had old classics, pop favourites, slow dances and head bangers. I would describe it as dance floor rocking, glow stick throwing, inflatable guitar weilding, music madness! The whole dancefloor was packed from the start and we've heard nothing but great reviews from all our guests. Thank you so much for including our random requests and making it a night to remember.
