"I wanted to write and express our thanks and gratitude for the your performance at our wedding on 9th March. When we started looking for a band to perform at our wedding we looked at so many different websites and pages, listened to so many audio clip…but we kept being drawn back to Soulshine Band. I’m so glad we were as we could not have wished for anything better, you literally exceeded our expectations in every area possible. When we saw you all turn up we knew we’d made the right choice as you looked stunning, but then a little later Kerry and I were outside with the photographer and we could hear you sound checking – the photographer turned round and said that he could see/hear where we’d invested in the wedding! He hears a lot of bands, as you can imagine, and from that one sound check he said that he could tell you were worth the money we’d spent! Thank you so much for being as accommodating as you were with the set up arrangements. The talent that you all possess as musicians/vocalists is incredible. I’m sure you know when you’ve ‘got’ the room at any performance, but I can’t remember seeing a point when the dancefloor was less than full. That has to be the ultimate accolade. The same also goes for the DJ as he more than kept things ticking over and the crowd hot whilst you were on a break and then finished the night off perfectly – I don’t think he wanted to stop! I honestly cannot thank you enough James, and ask that you pass our thanks on to the other band members. I don’t think I was able to get to you on the night to say thank you, and for that I apologise, but I am genuinely speechless as to what a good night we had. It was the perfect celebration of our day – thank you."

"We had an absolute amazing day it just seemed to be over so fast. You and the other guys in the band put on a fantastic and professional show for us despite all the restrictions from the venue you had to deal with which certainly didn't seem to matter on the night ! We have had so many excellent comments about you already which is awesome! You guys were exactly what we were looking for when it came to a band . As it is quite a cool modern venue we needed a cool slick band who could cater musically for all the age groups at the reception which you did outstandingly so thank you. From what I can remember there were people up and dancing most of the night which is what Amy & I really wanted and I think that talks for itself when I say everyone was having a good time!! I'm so glad that the venue look after you guys and you also enjoyed it also. Amy and myself would be more than happy to recommend the Embassy to anyone who were looking for the perfect band to play at their wedding or function!! My only hope now is that I can think of an excuse to book you again for something else one day! . Thanks again to you and the rest of the guys and we wish you all the best for the future. "The band played at Jeremys boathouse, brighouse for my boyfriends 30th suprise birthday party. What can I say... Really friendly group and very personable going above and beyond and getting my boyfriend involved and up on stage ! Great singers/musicians with a fab selection of music enjoyed by all age groups at the party...the floor was filled. Thanks so much guys for making the night one to remember! Xxx"

"Loretta and the Groove Stars absolutely blew us and all of our guests away and made our party. It was clear from the quality of their flawless performance that they are serious musicians. Loretta perfectly understood our tastes and crafted a perfect set to take us through the night and get the party moving. They injected creativity and personality for a truly original and memorable 40th party for my wife. We couldn't have been more pleased. Loretta was even kind enough to help me organise the timings to include events like the birthday cake, making life so much easier. Even the venue commented that they were one of the best bands they've had perform. These guys are a cut above, would throughly recommend. "

"Booked the 6 piece for my wedding in December and two of them for a set in the day. They were amazing. They had everyone up dancing all night and not the usual cheesy wedding band! Also, lovely to deal directly with the band so you know exactly who your money is going to! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family."

"Couldn't recommend the band more, they were truly amazing! Funk'N'Soul performed at a corporate party for us, they came with a DJ included which was a bonus. Everyone was dancing and had an incredible evening. Will definitely use them again"

"We hired the 5-piece Embassy Band for our wedding at Pennyhill Park, Bagshot in August 2016. Quite simply they were fantastic. They really made our evening party. The sound was awesome and Craig was excellent at getting people dancing. We received many compliments from our guests on the quality of the band as well. We would thoroughly recommend them.
