Mimi Sax has this electric personality that you just can’t help but fall in love with. Above all else just such a lovely person, organising from start to finish was a breeze with her, she was super flexible and went above and beyond to organise the playlists she would play along to on the day. The system she uses for sending invoices and receiving payments is brilliant and so well organised. On the day the atmosphere she created both during the day and throughout the night do was unbelievable and had our guests buzzing, so much so I’ve listened to them waxing lyrical about her for the next few days.
