"We hired Big Sand for our wedding on June 4th and found them to be fantastic, all are guests thought they were great and commented how different it was to have a steel band. We were really pleased with their performance and would strongly recommend to anyone looking to hire a steel band. "

"I had booked Emeralds for a couple of hours for my husbands 40th birthday. Before the event Wilf was in touch with me and we went over last minute details. Wilf came and played the steel pan beautifully as the guests arrived. It set a relaxing entrance for people to come and mingle before the dj began his music. A great start to the party and my guests loved to music too. Thank you last minute music and and obviously Wilf from The Emeralds too."

"Paul and Mark were amazing. They started our Arts Week off with a musical assembly, full of info and great tunes. The class workshops were accessible to all our pupils and it stretched those that had a good grounding of musical knowledge too. Paul and Mark were friendly, flexible and fitted in with the week perfectly. I would recommend them highly. The boys and staff loved them. "

"I have wanted Alex to play at my wedding during the drinks reception since 2013 when we got engaged! So when we finally booked him I was over the moon! Alex was easy to get hold of and replied to or messages almost instantly, which was great! On the day, he arrived and was set up ready for as soon as our drinks reception started. Our guests absolutely loved hearing a steel pan version of current chart music! I certainly don’t think the were expecting it! What was even nicer, Alex had learnt a Maclemore song that my now husband and daughter absolutely love! That was such a nice touch as it was also a great reminder of his stag do! I couldn’t recommend Alex highly enough! You definitely won’t be disappointed! Alex, thank you so much! We are recommending you to all our friends who are getting married! Xxx "
