"Neil and his team did a great job and were very flexible and pleasant to deal with on the day. The acoustic set during the drinks was just the right tone for a sunny afternoon, the set in the evening was a great combination of real classics for all generations to enjoy and some more current stuff which really helps liven the party up and the singer was very good and engaging in terms of getting everyone involved. On a day when there was a lot going on Neil and his team arrived, set up and just got with the job which was much appreciated. Would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking for this type of music at their wedding."

"I've photographed 100s of bands over the years and was very impressed by the style, energy, and musicianship when shooting their set over at Darwen live. The singer of course has a great pedigree, she's the daughter of the singer Stan Gregory, so has the charisma, like her Dad, to be outstanding out front! Hope to see more of this band on the circuit!"

"I cannot praise The Songbirds highly enough. From the point where they were booked they were co operative and worked with me to agree a time schedule and a song list that fitted our requirements. They remained in contact up to the day and arrived on time. They look and acted professionally. Their music volume was contained at my request at a level where we could all speak normally at a family gathering and later when when asked they raised the performance and blew us away. They were as good in real life as their promotional pictures and sounded better than their demo video. An outstanding performance"

"Well, where can I start! From initially stumbling upon Dr Jazz and realising that there was something rather special about their approach and unique sound, to the very first email and phone calls to discuss our plans for the day, all the way through to our Wedding day itself - Dr Jazz and company were brilliant. Helpful, friendly, and wonderfully entertaining, we could not have asked for anything more. The set itself was fantastic - we were blown away with how much of an impact they made, not only in terms of everyone feeling the urge to get up to dance (which was a slight worry for us before the day!), but also with their spot on interaction with the guests, and overall management and ownership of the evening. We really knew we'd made the right decision as soon as the first note was played – talk about creating a spectacle!! In terms of a front man Matthew is absolutely superb, and his supporting crew of brilliantly talented musicians helped make our day one to remember for both us and our guests. Thank you all so very much for everything. We know what it's like trying to find the 'right band', ourselves having trawled through many hundreds of sample tracks from other people and groups, and the worries that come with it regarding whether people will like it, whether it'll be well received etc. The best advice I can honestly give is that if you are sitting there reading this review, and you have enjoyed the sample tracks you've listened to, then please don't hesitate to book these guys. You will not regret it, and you and your guests will certainly never forget it. They were nothing short of marvellous. Once again we wanted to say thank you very much for everything - we really had a fantastic time, as did everyone else in attendance, and it is all thanks to you and your crew. You certainly made the evening, if not the day for us, and we are so pleased and lucky to have been able to book you to play for us. You were nothing short of brilliant, and we can't stop talking or thinking about how amazing you were (and nor can anyone else!) It was so lovely to meet you all in person. "I loved this act the first time I saw them at a summer event in Sandwich. Shortly after this we decided they would be the ideal act for our 50th wedding anniversary that we started to plan. They were perfect. Firstly they are excellent singers, but they are also very nice people who want to make your experience as good as it can be. My guests all commented on how good they were. If I ever needed live entertainment again, I would without doubt book The Dulcet Tones."
