We can be incredibly flexible when it comes to space requirements with soloists and smaller groups adapting to the space available . Our ensembles require a performance space of at least 3m x4m. If you requests a combination that requires amplification we can make this work from a single plug socket
Yes, we’re completely self contained. If needed, we can bring our own PA system to all gigs.
We need to know if we will have space to change/store cases.
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.
We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite! There's nothing better than seeing a room full of happy people celebrating together.
We normally arrive an hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 3 x 30 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
Yes! We are more than happy to perform outside...weather permitting!! Deep Down Brass don't need power and can roam as requested...the perfect group for outdoor events! We can provide a suitable sized gazebo for all our combinations to protect us from the elements!
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 1 or 2 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them. We are more than happy to theme repertoire to fit clients needs.
Deep Down Brass: Amazing, fun and guaranteed to get people up dancing!
Gala Brass Quintet: Classy brass who really set the mood!
Retro Jazz and Swing: Brilliant performances of timeless classics.
Rosie Braddy: Stunning vocalist who really engages the audience!
Das DDB Oompah Band: Fantastic music mixed with fun and games. Prost!
In most cases...yes!
We want to provide you with the best musical experience we can to fit with your budget. We can provide groups ranging in size from 1 - 6. Deep Down Brass, gala Brass and Retro Jazz and Swing all have smaller combinations to give us the flexibility you need.
