"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were fantastic! From first point of contact by email, we found them to be helpful, flexible and professional. And then on the night they were all these things again and brilliant musicians with an excellent caller in Kip. He was so patient and fun. What we particularly appreciated was that Kip encouraged people to join in but didn't harangue or hassle anyone. He showed people what to do and ribbed some of the larger than life characters, which all added to the friendly warmth of the occasion. For anyone who isn't sure about having a ceilidh at a wedding, we would recommend this band as a brilliant introduction. My husband wasn't sure because he didn't want to feel forced to dance as he only usually does this when he's had several pints of beer. But we found Blue Jewel to be really encouraging, without being pushy and everyone joined in. It's really inclusive and a way of getting all ages up and dancing together. We were so pleased because our teenagers loved it too and no-one worried about being 'cool'. It's a very natural and traditional way of letting your hair down, mixing with everyone and having a good laugh. We would highly recommend this band."

"We used “Big Phat Jukebox” for my son’s 21st birthday party. The very talented band were excellent on the night - the young adults were on the dance floor almost as soon as they started playing. So to me that says the band plays various styles of music to suit many age groups. The band members are very friendly and Kyle did an amazing job singing popular songs. Kyle is very engaging and also mingled around the guests whilst singing, filming the youngest as she went, which they seemed to love. I would definitely recommend this band to anyone looking for a “popular hits” music band. Thank you for helping making my sons 21st memorable"

We have had so many comments about how the music added to the atmosphere in the church. From our very first e-mail to our ongoing collaboration, she has been very friendly, reliable, professional and responsive to our needs.
