"This was the Band's first proper live concert and what a great success it was! My husband and I heard them busking one Saturday in Beverley and were immediately impressed. I subsequently contacted Michael Grant and arranged a date. The concert was in our 600 year old church and they played to an audience of 90 people and kept us entertained for nearly 2 hours with just a short interval. They were fantastic! From the very start, when they marched down the aisle from the back playing 'When the Saints' they got everyone's feet and fingers tapping. Michael who is SO talented played the clarinet - I'm sure he'll go places and he had a great rapport with the audience was also very pleasant and accommodating when we were finalising fees and times etc. Dan on the banjo and Ben on double bass were both excellent - again two very talented musicians. They were all great and we had a fantastic night and everyone has been full of praise for them and want them back next year. Thank you so much guys!! Hope to see you again."

"We hired the Bourbon Street Stompers through Last Minute Musicians for a birthday party and they were fantastic. They were professional and friendly, both before the event and during and had people dancing from the first song to the last. The event wouldn't have been the same without them -- big thanks to James and the group."

They started our afternoon off perfectly with a great mix of songs, playing our favourites from their repertoire first. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful atmosphere- we had many comments from guests saying how great the music was!"

"Evelyn and the Band were exceptional. My wife and I can't get over how brilliant they sounded at our wedding at Avalen Farm in June. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and we were absolutely gutted when their set ended. I would recommend Evelyn and the Band to ANYONE. 10/10!!!"

"The Lollipops were an absolute hit for the residents of the Lady Nuffield Home, Oxford. We were celebrating 70 years of the Home and this style of music was perfect. The best moment was when Gladys, who is 104 years old got up and danced with her daughter. Such happy memories created with the help of this wonderful group! Highly recommended!!!"
