"Caravan Swing has entranced our tea shop twice now. Each time with only a modicum of advertising the place was packed to the rafters. Pure magic, they can take you on a journey back in time to foreign lands and bring you home again all in the space of a few minutes, they can play infectiously dancing music, and lull you into a trance with soulful ballads. The audience has been rapturous each time. Can't wait to get them back."

"Black Velvet Band helped make the Souldern Village Ceilidh a great success. Ours was a Village event with all ages and the Band got all ages dancing. They played superbly and brought a caller with a good sense of fun. They provided music to dance to, music to listen to and an entertainment show all in one! On a practical level they were professionally early arriving, leaving the event organiser relaxed and free to have a drink! Greatly appreciated in all regards. Ian Grey"

They were friendly and professional plus excellent musicians pitching the right music at the right time ending the sets with the party on their feet dancing. "We had Café Manouche at our wedding at the end of July and they were truly awesome...they were so organised and were all set up when we arrived back from the church. Fab toe tapping tunes that really got the day in full swing. We would highly recommend them - so much fun."

We found them online, then went to see them perform in Nottingham - we can honestly say their website does not do them justice; they are incredible musicians. We knew they would be perfect for our big day. Elliott was really friendly and easy to deal with, and we felt he understood exactly the tone we wanted to set - summer sun/cocktails/chilled vibe for our drinks reception and something more upbeat for later in the evening.
