"I wanted to get in touch now we are back from honeymoon to say thank you so so much for the fab set you guys played for the wedding- we have had so many people compliment us on the brilliant choice in the band and as one of the guests pointed out, I think the only time the dance floor was empty was when you guys went on your break and you even got my uncle dancing who never does! Thank you again, we had a brilliant day and we are so pleased that we had Soulstar as our band."

"We booked Souls to play at our wedding reception after hearing the 5-piece play at a corporate event we attended. From our first phone call with Katy, through all the arrangements, and the performance, Souls were a great band to deal with; everyone knows how stressful organising a wedding can be, but the band and their music were never a worry – we would recommend Souls to anyone wanting great music and a stress- free process!"

"Friendly and hugely entertaining. Elephant in the Room really made my parents 40th wedding anniversary memorable. They were hugely entertaining and had the dance floor packed by the end. They were also extremely accommodating and fit around our surprise party evening incredibly. Thoroughly recommend them."

"Its been 10 years since I ran The Bear, but I remember they were excellent and probably hadn’t been going long at that point. The lead singers voice is very impressive and quite unique. The band were very tight and produced excellent cover versions particularly the chilli’s stuff. They put their own twist on certain songs and make them their own. I’d definitely book them again"

"We had The Pharaoh's do an acoustic set at our Wedding a few weeks ago and oh my gosh they were fantastic! They had a huge range of songs for us to choose from and it created such a lovely atmosphere before we had our evening DJ. The fact that there's an option to have the whole band play or just an acoustic set with the 2 of them is great! Looking forward to attending some of their gigs in the near future and will definitely be using them again for any upcoming events. Thanks guys for helping to make our wedding extra special!"

"You have been an absolute joy to deal with through the whole process of booking and planning the wedding. You were so generous with your time in coming to set up during the afternoon which fitted in perfectly with us and when you started your set - wow, so fantastic. Loretta, your voice is amazing and you guys really know your stuff. Fab choice of songs and as you could tell from the insistence of our friends, they all loved you to and didn't want you to stop. 'Best band they'd ever heard'. Your sound system is properly good - so often (and I don't want to sound like my mother here) all you hear is noise and as a tinnitus sufferer, that can be horribly uncomfortable. I couldn't have been there for most of the night strutting my stuff but for that, and I'm so grateful - had a blast. Thank you so much - you really did make the evening."

"We hired Funky Friday to play at our Enterprise Awards Evening, the band played whilst guests arrived, over lunch and at the end of the event.The music was exceptional and the band catered for exactly what we wanted, they were friendly and very well organised.I would recommend Funky Friday for any other corporate event."
