"This is the 2nd time I booked Karen to renew the PAT test of my Dj equipment and lightings. First time, she was very kind enough to accomodate me in her home even in a very short notice and patient to finish till late at night when realised there that it was plenty (difinitely would booked her early and ahead of time next). She is flexible in her schedule and travelled to renew the test at the comfort of my place this 2nd time and I got the opportunity for all the equipments prepared.
