- I will require a minimum of 90 minutes to load in and sound check if booked for the 'Full Day Package' and 45 minutes for the 'Standard' and 'Half Day' Package.
- If booking the 'Full Day package' or just evening DJ service on its own, I would ideally need a performance space of approx 2.5m x 4m and electrical supply (2 x 13 amp sockets).
Yes - I am completely self contained. I provide my own PA system, lighting etc.
I would ideally need to know if there is a sound limiter at the venue and whether they have an in-house PA system that I would need to plug into.
Yes, no problem at all.
I have to say, it's very mixed! I grew up listening to bands like Roxette, Savage Garden, and The Eagles - but also artists like Shania Twain and Jackson Browne. So it's very mixed, which I think reflects my song choices and repertoire. I try and play an array of songs that everyone can enjoy.
Drums are my first instrument. I used to sing backing vocals for years, then one of my friends who I played in a band with heard me singing and said he wanted me to sing at his wedding - so I did, and the rest is history! I've been singing at weddings and events for over 15 years now.
It has to be weddings.....you just can't beat the amazing buzz and exciting atmosphere. Everybody is always up for a party!
Feel free to reach out! I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
I'm very flexible and happy to tailor my services to fit your specific needs. If none of the existing packages are the perfect fit, we can customize something that works best for you. Let me know what you're looking for, and we can find a solution together!
For Ceremony performances, I like to be there at least 45 minutes before any guests are going to be entering the room. So for instance, if it's a 1:30 pm Ceremony start, guests normally filter in about 1/1:15 pm, so I would ideally like to be there for 12:15/12:30 pm.
If however I am booked for the 'Full day package', I like to arrive at least 90 minutes before, to give me time to set up whatever DJ equipment I can for the evening reception, just to save as much time as possible later on.
Yes, more than happy to perform outside! I have battery powered speaker system, so even if there are no sockets nearby I will still be able to play amplified.
I do have an ever-growing repertoire that I'm more than happy for clients to pick from. I can also learn 2 or 3 specific songs if not already on my list (for example the Ceremony aisle walk and Ceremony exit songs, or First Dance, etc).
