"When we came across Rebecca and her band at our friends drink reception, my partner and I knew this was the band for us. Her vocals were just so powerful. The way the band was able to switch from delicate ballads to stomping floor fillers was just astonishing. And so our expectations were high for our wedding, but of course they delivered, and went above and beyond for us. After the gig I couldn’t thank them enough for making our day so special. "

"Just a short note to say a big Thank You for singing so wonderfully at my party on Saturday. I`ve had so many comments - all very positive. One of our friends is a dubbing mixer for tv programmes and very into sound - he said that he heard the first four notes you sang and knew you were going to be good!! "Had the absolute pleasure of working with Shakers Gold at Believe Christmas Parties throughout the first three weeks of December. So impressed with how professional, friendly and helpful they were in the build-up to the event and throughout - nothing was too much trouble and their main priority was our guests and ensuring that they had the best experience possible, which helped in putting our minds at ease during a very stressful period. Very engaging and a huge hit with our guests (proven by a full dance floor every evening!) Would definitely recommend for any event where a fantastic live band is needed. "Now back from honeymoon and able to email, I just wanted to say a huge thanks for the cracking set on our wedding day. A good band is always the difference between a very good event and an amazing one, you were that and more. Everyone has said how awesome you were. I hope you enjoyed playing as much as we enjoyed dancing, or in my case just being man handled by my ushers!"

"I just wanted to email to let you know how fantastic I thought you all were on Sunday. From the first time Paul showed me your wesbite, to seeing you perform a sample set many months ago, I knew you guys would be outstanding and you definitely lived up (and surpassed) my expectations. Sera, your solo song ‘Ive Dreamed of You’ during the ceremony was incredibly moving. The string quartet and the pianist were pure class, all three sets from MIB were perfect and uplifting, Lindsays’ Budda Bar sax set was amazing and the rock set certainly rocked the Langham! Everyone I spoke to throughout the night commented on the music and how fantastic you all were. There was something for everyone and it was a delight to see the dance floor full all night long. After months of planning the day flew past so quickly but the memories will last a lifetime. I cannot wait to see the video footage later this summer. Thank you for making Paul and Amy’s day so memorable."
