Loved the way the brass section joined in with the singing in the last few songs, and you are all such pleasant people, which just adds to a general feeling of excellent-ness! Utterly, utterly great, thanks from the bottom of my heart, it was a truly wonderful evening. Hope you got home at some sort of reasonable time! "Timings were running a bit late on the day of our wedding which meant the band were unable to set up on time. With this in mind, they were professional, polite, and patiently waited until there was space for them to begin setting up. When they began performing, they were exceptional! Would definitely recommend them."

"The band's five piece line up provided afternoon background jazz out on the piazza before our event which created a lovely atmosphere and then later in the evening, the seven piece band played all of their fabulous party music. "The Marvellous Motown Souls performed for the 2nd year running at a charity ball I organise. I can honestly say I wouldn’t even think about asking anyone else. They are such a fabulous band. They are versatile professional and so very helpful. Lizy has the voice of an angel, and the interaction with the guests is brilliant. I know I sold tickets for the event because they were playing. "We can not thank Straight Up enough, if you are looking for a wedding band do not look any further! Not only was it a fantastic performance but they came and set up with no hassle, communication was easy and everyone commented on how amazing they were. They interacted with the crowd and made us feel special throughout the whole night, first dance song was incredible and we truly felt that they cared! Dying to see them again, blown away! "
