"The River Jazz Quartet played at my father’s birthday celebration last weekend. They were exceptionally good and this was commented on by a large number of the guests. During the planning we discussed the type of music we would like and the playlist on the day was perfect. The band had even gone to the trouble of adding a few of my father’s favourite songs to their repertoire. We could not have enjoyed the music more and are very happy to recommend them. "

"We were introduced to Jean through Sarah-Jane 2 days before our wedding day. Jean was an outstanding Harpist and a pleasure to deal with. She arrived well ahead of the time to ensure she wasn't late and called me in advanced. Highly talented and skilled Harpist and an elegant musician. Happy to recommend her to anyone. I should also thank Sarah-Jane for being so helpful. You'll be in safe hands when dealing wit her and she makes sure she delivers. Everything was done promptly and professionally. Communication was excellent and made us feel at ease."

"Eugene was waiting for us with the drums set up when we arrived at The Spa. We could not praise them enough, they played just the right music at the correct time and as we had to be inside played quietly so that we could all chat whilst having drinks. We had many people come up to us saying how much they enjoyed their performance and I have to say that we would not have any hesitation in recommending them to others."

"Richard played at our wedding in August. I wish I could knew how to find the review page- as I would put 5 stars!!! Richard played endless amounts of beautiful music- from when we walked out after the ceremony to the wedding breakfast. The music was perfect and Richard played some songs that we asks for. "Wow, these guys are just terrific. We went for the 4 piece and they were sensational. All our guests loved them. They were interactive and knew exactly what to play and when. "I would definitely not hesitate to recommend the guys and girls from South Manchester String Quartet. Their talent, professionalism and smiles really did make our wedding day so special and a little bit different, they sounded amazing in church and at our reception. Despite the rain they played on delighting our guests who couldn't help have a little rain dance! I would defiantly recommend them."
