"A great addition to our special day!! Astri Strings played beautifully for our ceremony, in what is quite a nervous an emotional time the ladies played songs that mean a lot to me and my wife and really made the ceremony exactly what we had dreamed of. Jude was excellent ahead of the event, ensuring we had the perfect song list and timings for the day. A number of our guests also commented on how lovely the music was. Many thanks Dec 23 "

"The band were very genial and friendly, totally professional and well organised. There were no hiccups, they arrived and straight away started setting up with no fuss. Brass bands are such a good way to enjoy outdoor spaces easily, no need for cables and power etc. so this was perfect for us. The crowd loved it! Their music isn’t exactly traditional brass band tunes, which I was nervous would not be a crowd pleaser. However, their song choices were brilliant, and familiar enough that there was lots of humming, singing along, and dancing. Several of the children danced for the whole two hours, they absolutely loved it! The families were so happy. It was really a brilliant occasion. Exactly what we needed for our business after these lock downs. "

Throughout the booking process and in the lead up to the wedding they were nothing but helpful, understanding, and made efforts to meet our specific requests. I genuinely could not recommend the group highly enough. Everyone at the wedding commented on how professional they were and how outstanding their collective musicianship was.
